CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 133(FIN) "An Act relating to requiring                                                                    
electronic monitoring as a special condition of probation and parole                                                            
for offenders whose offense was related to a criminal street gang" was

Senator Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without
